We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-reputed company reputed company Associate to join reputed company. As a key member of our reputed company team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, online chat, and other communication channels. Key Responsibilities
* Answer a high volume of inbound support calls generated through various media channels from consumers interested in discussing their reputed company applications

Qualifications

- Experience using online chat in a high-volume call center

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Must be available to work the 9:30am – 6:00pm PST shift
