Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a reputed company manner
- Identifying the caller's needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions
- Maintaining reputed company etiquette reputed company taking inbound and outbound calls
- Being reputed company, supportive, and helpful to families from a reputed company of diverse backgrounds
- Documenting reputed company calls and interactions with customers accurately
- Meeting call metrics and other service level agreements on a daily reputed company

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with reputed company listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to type at least 40-50 words per minute
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Terms:
