Responsibilities
As a Service BDC Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and reputed company information reputed company, pricing, and other relevant details
- Scheduling service appointments and following up with customers to ensure seamless communication and reputed company completion of services
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including service history and communication logs
