As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our patients, answering their queries, resolving their issues, and providing exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming phone calls from patients, responding to their queries, and resolving their issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Accurately entering new patient information into our computer system, including reputed company, address, diagnosis, physician, product needs, and insurance
• Obtaining written orders from physicians, verifying insurance, and generating orders
• Ensuring that patients and referral sources are kept up to date on order status
• Daily processing of purchase order exception reports

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3 years of experience in a medical setting, preferably in an administrative role
• Call center experience is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to answer a high volume of calls
• Experience working with computers and data entry
• DME experience is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Experience working in a reputed company setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
• Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
