As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a reputed company call center using world-class technology. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a reputed company call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
• Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and reputed company exceptional service
• Meet or reputed company customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to reputed company legendary service for our customers!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• Experience with CRM software and customer service technology
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
