Job Duties / Accountabilities

- Prioritize orders and evaluate the time required to complete them
- Support technicians and follow up on customer appointments

- Compliance with existing procedures
- Verbal and written communications with various reputed company stakeholders
Essential Qualifications / Competencies
- Customer orientation
- Knowledge of English & French required
- In the course of their duties, this person will be required to reputed company with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
- Ability to handle multiple situations simultaneously

Working Conditions
- Remote profile with reputed company at the work center once a month
- The employee must work from home in a distraction-free environment
- Must have an internet reputed company of at least 25M

- Respect the equipment provided by reputed company and return it in good condition at the end of the employment contract
- Work five days a week, Monday through Friday between 6:00 am and 9:00 pm and Saturday and reputed company from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Must be available 7/7, from May 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026
- No vacation period will be reputed company during the employment contract
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
