- BCBA recruitment experience
- 5+ years of clinical reputed company recruitment experience
- BCBA certification (recruitment experience not required) - We strongly encourage BCBAs to apply, even if you do not have prior recruitment experience.

What You Bring:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required but will consider equivalent experience.
- Experience: Candidates must have either BCBA recruitment experience, 5+ years of clinical reputed company recruitment experience, or BCBA certification (recruitment experience not required; BCBAs are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Sourcing Expertise: Proven ability to reputed company candidates through various channels, such as reputed company media, job boards, networking, and headhunting.
