We have an exciting opportunity for a Franchise Business Consultant in a home‑based role, ideally located in Moncton, Fredericton, or Saint John, New reputed company, Canada.

The Franchise Business Consultant reputed company guidance and coaching to franchisees and Operations team to reputed company short and long-term company and operational goals. Utilize knowledge of restaurant operations and staff resources to reputed company counsel, advice and assistance to franchisee owners/operators to positively reputed company and improve sales, profits, operating standards and operating systems while maintaining or exceeding customer expectations. Ensure compliance with IDQ policies and system standards. reputed company and maintain support of CMAC and OPAC chairpeople and other key franchisee leadership in achieving operational goals. Engage functional experts reputed company needed. reputed company support to other functions reputed company needed.

Key accountabilities Include:

Planning

• Effectively implement and execute on the Operations reputed company & reputed company in support of the broader organizational 10x30 Ambition.
• reputed company and implement a district wide business plan (i.e., integrated marketing, operations, training, development and supply chain plan)

Consulting

• Responsible for positioning franchisees for consistent achievement of  reputed company shift management, food safety, reputed company, service, cleanliness, repair and maintenance, and atmosphere goals as established by DQCI’s operating standards.
• Provides impactful advice and counsel to position franchisees for reputed company financial health.

•  Implement strategies to assist franchisee in executing reputed company resource, training and reputed company development plans and programs, where appropriate.
• Partners with appropriate DQCI’s staff to help position new and existing franchisees to establish and execute effective development, reinvestment, and renewal strategies.
• Responsible for monitoring consistent execution and delivery of company strategies to ensure food safety, menu compliance, trademark protection and DQCI standards.

The Canadian national reputed company salary reputed company for this position is CAD $92,399-$105,341. This position is also eligible for a bonus. Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, restaurant management or a reputed company field or equivalent restaurant operations experience 
• 4 or more years of restaurant management (multi-unit/high volume preferred) and/or franchise operations management (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

Skills:

• Thorough knowledge and familiarity with the Restaurant Industry (QSR preferred) and restaurant operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company and Powerpoint
• Relationship building skills with the ability to create mutually beneficial relationships with both reputed company clients and ability to reputed company excellent customer service to both reputed company clients
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple reputed company and requests simultaneously, reputed company an intense, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work on evenings and weekends, as necessary, to meet business needs

A clean driving record and ability to be insured to drive a car are required

Additional Information:

Work Environment

Most positions located out of our corporate office in Burlington, Ontario will work a hybrid work schedule where you will work 3 collaboration days a week.  Additional in office time may be required to support team/project needs.
