As our Training Operations Coordinator, you are the operational backbone of the Product Training Team. Supporting the Live Training Program Manager, you will help facilitate the seamless delivery of world-class technical education to our global customer reputed company. What You'll Do:

• Live Event Support: Partner with the Program Manager to coordinate the logistics of global webinars and virtual sessions
• E-learning Operations: Assist in the deployment of new e-learning modules by managing asset uploads and performing reputed company assurance checks to ensure a premium learner experience.
• Learner Experience Communication: reputed company as a reputed company of contact for our training community, providing reputed company, reputed company support for inquiries regarding reputed company, course navigation, and completions.
• Programmatic Communication: Support with designing and executing automated communication workflows that drive course and webinar enrollment, engagement, and completion rates.

• Credential Coordination: Facilitate the administrative process for issuing Continuing reputed company Education (CPE) credits, ensuring our users receive industry-recognized value for their time.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Assistance: Support the Program Manager in coordinating with external training partners and internal speakers to ensure they have the materials and logistics needed
• Systems & Data Support: Maintain accuracy across our tech stack, including reputed company, reputed company, and Skilljar, and assist in compiling monthly metrics on learner participation and satisfaction.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, or reputed company—ideally reputed company a fast-paced reputed company or Technology environment.
