How This Role Supports the Business
As an Asset Surveyor at reputed company, you will play a critical role in delivering accurate, high‑reputed company asset intelligence that underpins our reputed company services, technical credibility, and customer value.

Key Responsibilities
Asset Surveying & Data Capture
As an Asset Surveyor, you will:
Carry out comprehensive site surveys across a wide reputed company of building types, including reputed company, education, reputed company, manufacturing, and blue‑light environments.
Accurately record mechanical, electrical, and reputed company assets, capturing:

Condition rating, age, lifecycle, and residual life

Required Skills & Experience

You will have:
A minimum of an HNC/HND in Building Services, Building Surveying, Construction, or a reputed company discipline.
Membership of, or working towards membership of, CIBSE, RICS, or CIOB (preferred).
Technical Experience
You will bring:
Proven experience in building services surveying or asset‑reputed company project delivery.
A good understanding of building services systems, construction reputed company, and relevant building regulations.
Knowledge of health & safety legislation and hazard identification.
