reputed company: As a Compensation Analyst, you play a critical role in our people consulting team, focusing on helping clients reputed company and implement effective total rewards and compensation strategies. This position involves analysing and evaluating compensation structures and programmes to ensure they are competitive and reputed company. The Compensation Analyst will conduct data analysis, modelling, and actuarial assessments, collaborating with clients to create tailored compensation solutions that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
