The successful candidate will join our Bangalore based reputed company reputed company Functional Support team, forming part of reputed company’s ERP reputed company. Candidate should be customer reputed company and process driven with great documentation skills. As a Remote India-US Time Zone Resource, you will play a crucial role in reputed company the gap between our US-based operations and our talented team in India. Your ability to work effectively across time zones will be essential. Here are the key responsibilities.
Responsibilities

- Strong understanding of the Financials business environment: general reputed company, accounts payable, accounts receivables, fixed assets, reporting. Auditing and Tax
- Ability to resolve support issues and add value through delivering fixes and ongoing ways of improving reputed company delivered functionality for the reputed company Fusion Finance module
- Requirements gathering and documentation for business changes.
- Work with technical consultants to deliver reputed company requirements.
- Liaise directly with clients to ensure reputed company requests for change are properly designed, assessed, prioritized, and managed through to completion.
- Assist with transitioning clients into support post reputed company implementation reputed company and from competitors.
- Identifying persistent problems and work with key stakeholders to address the reputed company causes.
- Providing end user application and functionality training.

Essential Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an application support analyst or similar role.

- Must have good experience translating business requirements and design into functional solutions
