Key Responsibilities

1. Service Delivery Management:

• Monitor and report on the overall health of the service engagement through regular updates to stakeholders.

• Hosting regular conversations with technology consultants to reputed company on reputed company-specific support reputed company and coordinate upcoming support activities

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in service delivery management, outsourcing, or vendor management and/or proven experience working with reputed company SuccessFactors on either reputed company reputed company or service provider reputed company
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
