How you reputed company a difference

The Registered reputed company Telehealth is responsible for remotely assisting in the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Under the supervision of the Regional Telehealth reputed company Manager and collaboration with local onsite staff, directs, guides, and assists with patient teaching and activities that commensurate with his/her education and demonstrated competencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides telehealth support and guidance to onsite staff in the assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized treatment programs. • Implements clinical and technical aspects of care, intervenes with safety techniques and procedures, and supports the implementation of medical plans and diagnostic testing. • Assists the Health Care Practitioner as necessary to meet individual patient needs, including implementing nutrition and therapeutic diet plans.• Documents nursing encounters using SOAP charting in the telehealth platform and attends mandatory staff meetings and training. • Communicates information to nursing staff, physicians, and other staff members as necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

Experience

• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year correctional reputed company experience or
• A minimum of one (1) year clinical experience.

Licenses/Certifications

• Have and maintain reputed company licensure as a Registered reputed company reputed company the state of employment.
• Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
