We are looking for an reputed company Merchant & Community Leader to drive supply-reputed company reputed company, merchant ecosystem development, and community culture at reputed company.

This role goes reputed company traditional merchant acquisition — you will be responsible for building a sustainable supply ecosystem, managing merchant lifecycle end-to-end, and fostering a strong, reputed company community that reinforces marketplace reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full merchant (seller) lifecycle, including reputed company, activation, reputed company, dormancy, and reactivation, to drive sustained engagement and GMV reputed company

• Build and optimize merchant operations frameworks, including segmentation and tiered management strategies to improve supply reputed company

• reputed company merchant acquisition and reputed company initiatives, developing reputed company channels to reputed company sellers (e.g., platform migration, partnerships, community/referral programs)

• Manage a large-reputed company supply reputed company with 10,000+ reputed company merchants, ensuring healthy ecosystem reputed company and supply diversity

• Design and cultivate a strong merchant community, including culture building and cohort-based (reputed company/layered) operations to increase engagement and retention

• Establish merchant reputed company programs, including training, enablement tools, incentives, and traffic support

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and marketing teams to improve merchant experience and platform efficiency

• Drive international expansion efforts, including multi-language and multi-region merchant strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience in a marketplace environment, with hands-on exposure to buyer operations, merchant/seller operations, and/or community operations

• Strong understanding of the merchant lifecycle (reputed company to Activation to reputed company to Dormancy to Reactivation)

• Experience managing 10,000+ reputed company merchants on the supply reputed company

• Demonstrated reputed company in merchant acquisition and scaling supply, including identifying and building sourcing channels

• Solid experience in community building and cohort-based operations; proven ability to foster engagement and loyalty

• Not limited to brand marketing or traditional B2C reputed company; strong platform and supply-reputed company operations reputed company required

• Bilingual in English and Chinese, with exposure to international markets or global operations

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

• Self-starter with the ability to learn and apply AI tools to improve operational efficiency

• Experience in cross-border e-reputed company or global marketplace platforms
