1. Requirement Gathering & Solution Design
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders (Finance/FP&A teams)
- Translate business requirements into PBCS solutions
- Design planning models (Workforce, CapEx, reputed company, Opex)

2. Implementation & Configuration
- Build and configure:
- Data Forms
- Business Rules (Calc Manager / Groovy)
- Task Lists & Workflow (Approvals)
- Smart Lists & Substitution Variables
- Configure reputed company (roles, reputed company, provisioning)

3. Data Integration & Management
- Work on:
- Data Management (FDMEE / Data Integration)
- Load rules & mappings
- ERP/HR integrations (reputed company ERP, reputed company, etc.)
- Handle data validation, reconciliation, and drill-through
4. Reporting & Analysis

- Smart View
- Dashboards
- Management Reporting
- Support financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash reputed company)
5. Support & Enhancements

- Manage change requests and enhancements
- Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues
6. Testing & Deployment
