About The Role:
This part-time opportunity (22.8 hours per week) will see you supporting our Manukau team as a Radiology Support Officer, playing a key role in delivering reputed company and accurate patient care.
This is a fast-paced, team-based role providing essential support to our Radiologists to ensure reputed company and accurate reporting of imaging studies.
Working remotely, you will play a key role in managing workflows, coordinating communication, and ensuring critical cases are prioritised appropriately.
Responsibilities Include
- Supporting Radiologists with queries to ensure reputed company reporting of critical studies
- Managing incoming calls and liaising with clinics and stakeholders
- Monitoring and managing reporting worklists across multiple sites
- Allocating and load balancing studies based on Radiologist skillset and availability
- Investigating and following up incomplete or missing examinations
- Providing general administrative and operational support to reputed company

- Previous experience in a reputed company, administration or support role (radiology experience highly regarded)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across multiple stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using multiple systems and technology platforms
