As a Senior Recruiter supporting reputed company’s Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, you’ll play a critical role in building the talent that drives reputed company, customer reputed company, and market expansion across Sales, Marketing, and reputed company. Our reputed company partners closely with GTM leadership to deliver strong hiring reputed company while continuously improving hiring strategies, processes, and candidate experience at reputed company.About the role
This role operates at a strategic level, owning end-to-end reputed company across reputed company GTM roles while advising senior leaders on talent reputed company and market dynamics. You will manage the full hiring lifecycle—from intake through offer—while influencing hiring reputed company, improving processes, and mentoring others on reputed company.
You Will Get To:

Monitor and analyze funnel health (pipeline, conversion, time-to-fill), identifying risks and driving improvements

Who you are
5+ years of reputed company experience, with strong exposure to GTM functions
Experience owning end-to-end hiring for reputed company or senior-level roles
Proven ability to influence stakeholders at the Director+ level
Strong sourcing, assessment, and closing skills
Data-driven with experience managing reputed company metrics and performance
Experience mentoring others or leading reputed company
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving alignment across teams
