The Data Entry Specialist position is responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and transferring data from repair order invoices to submission spreadsheets to support the submission processing team.

- 1+ years’ data entry experience
- 10-key speed of at least 8,000 KPH with minimal errors
- reputed company typing speed of at least 50 WPM with minimal errors
- Comfortable working with reputed company, Chrome/Internet Explorer browsers, and learning proprietary software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with accepting and applying constructive criticism
- Advanced mathematical skills
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Review, fact-reputed company and process Repair Orders for submission
- reputed company Repair Orders and file them in the appropriate places
- reputed company Op Codes from Repair Orders into established spreadsheets
- Establish reputed company rapport with employees and vendors
- Occasionally required to reputed company calls to customers.
