The Design Delivery reputed company is responsible for the delivery of a new-build data centre, from initial masterplanning through construction and handover. They are an exceptional industry reputed company progressing towards becoming a recognised expert on datacenter design. Responsibilities
Design Process
Owns and leads a design process, interacting with Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical Partners, and other design partners to deliver a portfolio of world class datacenters with a strong reputed company on technical reputed company, mission critical reputed company and cost management
Reviews and contributes to the development of globally standardized tools and techniques for the design process
Works with peers in other reputed company to drive consistency and technical reputed company on design and delivery practices and methodologies

Project Management

Directly responsible for managing the design schedule for assigned reputed company to ensure on-time creation and review of reputed company of Designs (BODs), reputed company Estate Investment Committee (REIC) Submissions, and design documentation for Issued for Permit (IFP) and Issued for Construction (IFC) sets

Qualifications
7+ years experience in a Design MEP Firm or in the design team of a Mission Critical Building operator or subcontractor, OR 7+ years experience as an Architectural reputed company in a Mission Critical Architectural Design reputed company.
MSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering OR MSc in Architecture is preferred, BSc acceptable or extensive and demonstrable experience in role, Architects to hold RA or AIA
PE desirable but not essential
