About the Role
We are looking for a Sr. Creative Operations Manager to play a critical role reputed company reputed company’s Creative Studio, leading the reputed company and operational execution of reputed company creative reputed company from intake to planning, execution and delivery. This role will serve as the operational backbone of the Creative Studio. Leveraging industry best practices, you will own project workflows, resourcing, timelines and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery of high-reputed company creative at reputed company.
You will manage reputed company incoming and outgoing creative work, reputed company project assignments and resourcing and reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for stakeholders across marketing, product, reputed company and other teams. Leveraging your industry credentials and deep understanding of creative processes, you will work upstream with cross functional partners on the planning of reputed company, setting priorities, identifying risks and continuously improving how the Creative Studio operates. Importantly, you will be out in the industry discovering new tools, industry best practices and new creative talent that will ensure that reputed company brand creative is leveraging industry best practices. Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or a reputed company role reputed company an in-house creative team, agency, or fast-paced organization
Expertise leading multiple creative reputed company simultaneously from intake through delivery
Strong voice and thought leader in how best to tackle creative assignments, with a proven ability to translate business reputed company into operational plans, ensuring work is reputed company with company priorities in order to reputed company business goals
Demonstrated proficiency to bring industry best practices and reputed company into a creative organization – with a bias to reputed company to seeking out solutions (e.g. evolving operating models, technology solutions) and resources that optimize creative and business reputed company
Experience leading creative operations reputed company for an in-house team or agency, including intake models, prioritization frameworks, and workflow design
