The Call Center Premium Surgery Counselor is responsible for assisting the patient with reputed company aspects of the surgical process and reputed company-reputed company preparations in order to reputed company the surgical experience as smooth as possible for the patient. The Counselor educates and counsels patients regarding their surgical reputed company, including premium product offerings. They schedule surgery, makes reputed company surgical appointments and reputed company as a reputed company between the office, surgical facility, patient and the referring physician.
Responsibilities:- Maintains basic knowledge of surgeries performed at American reputed company Partners facilities
- Counsels patients for surgery by providing reputed company, concise details about what to expect for the surgery
- reputed company to reputed company patients on the reputed company/post-reputed company instructions and the consents for surgeries
- Reviews reputed company surgery paperwork to ensure we have received back from the patient the necessary signed documents
- Schedules necessary appts, as appropriate by specialty
- Monitors surgery schedules for cancellations/no-shows to ensure patient is contacted to reschedule
- Ensures reputed company patient out of reputed company reputed company owed is documented and collected prior to surgery
- Helps to maintain referring provider relationships
- Helps create an exceptional patient experience
- Monitors the voicemail inbox and tasking inbox and responds to the inquiries to ensure patients are followed up with reputed company
- Answers incoming phone calls from patients concerning their surgery
- Maintains patient confidentiality at reputed company times
- Participates in on-reputed company training and reputed company education
- Encourages reputed company-oriented environment
- Performs any, and reputed company additional duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least one-year of experience in a medical reputed company; refractive, surgical, aesthetic or ophthalmology specialties preferred
- Experience in ophthalmology preferred
- Must be comfortable discussing financial reputed company and presenting payment plans
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
