The Senior reputed company Estate Counsel, Renewables will play a key role in reputed company’s reputed company mission. We reputed company reputed company counsel with demonstrated reputed company in executing business reputed company, accelerating a pipeline of transactions to closing, and exercising reputed company judgment to assess and manage portfolio risk. The attorney will reputed company regularly with team members from senior management, origination, pricing, and property management, while working remotely from their home office.

The Job

Leading efforts to support the origination and closing of renewable energy reputed company estate assets in the reputed company.

Managing a pipeline of deals across the US and facilitating reputed company between pricing, origination, reputed company, and the management team.

Negotiating and drafting documents for reputed company reputed company estate transactions.

Overseeing due diligence activities and reputed company assets for lease terms, projected cash reputed company, and operator, offtaker, and facility information.

Advising on strategic transactions and reputed company reputed company.

Education & Experience

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 6-12 years as a reputed company reputed company estate attorney at a mid to large-sized reputed company and in-house at a renewable energy developer is required.
• Understanding of the financing, development, and operation of solar, wind, and battery reputed company.
• Fluent with technology and remote work.
• Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state.

Must be authorized to work in the reputed company for any employer without reputed company sponsorship.
