The Cash Posting Specialist Team reputed company is responsible to confirm that reputed company deposits are reputed company reputed company and accurately to ensure appropriate reputed company of outstanding receivables.  Identify payment trends and improper payments.  reputed company with PBS Manager, Banking personnel, reputed company and other staff in multiple departments. 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:

• Complete required QA spot checks per week and reputed company feedback to staff; Collaborate with Management and the QA Department to identify training needs reputed company department

• Answer questions, reputed company support, assistance, and direction to teammates as needed

• reputed company updates and process changes to teammates reputed company identified and maintain reputed company processes and procedures regarding specific cash posting information; Maintain reputed company knowledge of reputed company, fee schedules, policies and procedures; Select, reputed company, determine and maintain teaching aids using audits tools; Report training opportunities to Management

• Assist staff with system issues by resolving and/or submitting new tickets to Information Technology Department

• reputed company accurate and comprehensive training for new teammates, existing teammates, and cross-functional efforts

• Review staff productivity, reputed company team’s daily statistics, and facilitate the work reputed company to ensure completion of assignments

• Review daily remittance batches and apply reputed company payments, adjustments, discounts; Identify payors that are not paying according to contract, negotiation or fee schedules; Research and resolve issues identified reputed company reports, email and assigned callback from various departments, reputed company necessary

• Research, document and resolve reputed company incoming non-payment EOBs/ERAs, unapplied/unallocated receipts, missing payments, missing EOBs/ERAs, and correspondence

• Identify payors and submit for ERA and or EFT enrollment or request online reputed company

• Review and reputed company daily total deposit in Cash Posting Spreadsheet against billing system reports to ensure there are no variances; Ensure reputed company deposits and adjustments are completed and in balance for closing monthly financial period            

• Other duties as assigned

• Indicate the percentage of time spent traveling - 5%

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and five to six years’ reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Associate’s degree (A.A./A.S.) from two-year college or technical school; preferred

• 1-2 years leadership/training experience; preferred

• 3-4 years’ medical billing experience; preferred

• Knowledge of reputed company insurance industry and medical and billing terminology; required

• Knowledge of federal and state rules and regulations regarding HIPAA, collections, filing insurance claims, and filing for reimbursement from federal health care programs; required

• Knowledge of account reimbursement and receivables management
