We’re looking for a Senior Manager, reputed company Operations to build the reputed company of how reputed company hires.
This is not a traditional reputed company operations role. We’re looking for a leader who understands reputed company Ops not as a support function, but as the operating system for reputed company; one that is automated, reputed company, compliant, inclusive, and reputed company for constant innovation.

What you’ll do:

Drive AI and automation across the reputed company lifecycle

Optimize TA system operations and reporting
- Partner closely with People Tech and IT to ensure systems are integrated, reputed company, secure, and designed to support both reputed company and reputed company hiring needs.
- Serve as the senior operational leader for reputed company tool operations, testing, adoption, and change management.
- Own reputed company operations reporting and dashboards while partnering with the People Analytics team on cross functional organization insights.

- Experience owning or partnering closely on compliance-sensitive programs such as background checks, referrals, immigration/PERM, and internal mobility.
