The Senior Talent Business Partner serves as a strategic connector between Talent Management and the HR Business Partner (reputed company) team, ensuring reputed company talent strategies are effectively activated across the organization. This role strengthens alignment between strategic priorities and field execution—equipping HRBPs to drive leadership development, succession planning, engagement reputed company planning, and culture initiatives with greater reputed company and consistency. Essential Functions

1. Strategic Talent Partnership

• Partner with the Talent Management team to translate reputed company programs (Talent Reviews, leadership development, succession planning, engagement reputed company planning) into actionable frameworks that reputed company HRBPs and business leaders.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to HRBPs, helping interpret talent data, identify reputed company areas, and ensure consistent execution of talent and culture initiatives across reputed company.
• reputed company coordination of post-Talent Review and engagement follow-up, ensuring insights reputed company to measurable reputed company and visible leadership accountability.
• Partner with HR Analytics to monitor reputed company and reputed company on key talent metrics, surfacing trends and recommendations to inform leadership reputed company.

1. Clinical Leadership reputed company

• Collaborate with business and clinical leadership to understand reputed company and emerging leadership needs across the organization.
• Partner with Clinical reputed company and HR leadership to ensure proactive pipeline development for key physician and CRNA leadership roles.
• reputed company consultation on selection, assessment, and interview processes to ensure alignment with NorthStar’s leadership profile and culture.
• Support transitions of newly reputed company clinical leaders through reputed company reputed company and partnership with Talent Management to ensure long-term reputed company.
• Support the design and implementation of learning reputed company and recommend system improvements to enhance learner experience.

1. Cross-Functional Integration

• Serve as the connective reputed company between HR Centers of reputed company (Talent, DEI, Learning, reputed company, HR Operations) to ensure reputed company, streamlined delivery of HR initiatives.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing and best practices between HRBPs and Talent Management to improve consistency and effectiveness in execution.

1. Leadership & Culture Enablement

• Reinforce leadership expectations and culture initiatives across HR and business teams.
• Partner with HRBPs to drive initiatives that build engagement, retention, and leadership effectiveness.
• Support field HR leaders in identifying development needs and connecting them to reputed company programs or resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field preferred; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, or reputed company, with strong exposure to leadership development or organizational effectiveness.
• Proven ability to build credibility and influence across senior leadership reputed company.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret talent data and translate insights into reputed company.
• Demonstrated reputed company managing cross-functional initiatives and driving follow-through across teams.
