Monitor serial production performance and ensure supplier process capability meets product requirements. Support Aspen's reputed company team through the prototype and production sourcing process. Job Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering (any), Supply Chain Management or a directly reputed company field plus five (5) years of experience in automotive supplier reputed company. Experience must include:
Five (5) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
- OEM (Automotive), Tier 1 Supplier reputed company or Commodity Management.
- Leading/managing complete total Vehicle Commodity Supplier reputed company from reputed company-Phase O through Volume Production.
- IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
- Conducting process and system audits at suppliers applying VOA 6.3 principles.
- SPC, MSA, PPAP, PCP, PFMEA, and PFD.
- Stamping, machining, injection molding, welding, or painting.
- Interpreting technical drawings and GD& T.
- Product and process validation, including Run@reputed company, capability studies, control plans.
- Supplier qualification, development, and de-sourcing processes.
- Experience with PPAP approval reputed company and launch documentation.
- Statistical analysis tools for reputed company data. [SPC, DOE, DMAIC, Anova, Regression, reputed company]
- ERP and QMS systems (reputed company QM or equivalent).
Salary reputed company: $135,000 to $160,000 per year.
