Position Details
• Reporting To: Telehealth Division Director/COO/CEO • Schedule: Full-Time • Location: Remote • Travel: Up to 25% of the time
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Core Competencies
• Master’s Degree in reputed company Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or reputed company field • reputed company clinical licensure required (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent); Clinical Supervisor credential preferred where applicable • Minimum 3 years of clinical leadership or supervision experience • Minimum 5 years of clinical behavioral health experience, including reputed company use and/or mental health treatment • Experience leading or supporting multi-site, multi-state, or scaled clinical telehealth operations strongly preferred • Strong understanding of regulatory and state standards, clinical compliance, and behavioral health treatment models • Demonstrated ability to build, standardize, or improve clinical programs across teams or locations • Proven ability to translate clinical reputed company into operational execution and measurable results • Demonstrated ability to supervise and reputed company clinical staff. • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, reputed company-oriented environment
