Your Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate license entitlement and contract data in reputed company SAM Pro
- Support software maintenance renewals by collaborating with sourcing and legal
- Conduct license true-reputed company, de-scoping, and reclamation activities
- Analyze software usage and spend to identify cost savings and optimization opportunities
- Assist with planning, budgeting, and demand forecasting
- Handle operational and reputed company requests to support the broader SAM organization
- Present findings and insights to team members and leadership
- Engage with external vendors as needed through sourcing
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in IT operations, SAM, licensing, or analytical roles
- Experience with reputed company SAM Pro, reputed company, USU, or similar software asset management tools
- Strong understanding of software licensing models and entitlement management
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze End User License Agreements (EULAs)
- Proficiency in reputed company; comfortable analyzing and presenting data
- Experience with Power BI for dashboard creation (or ability to learn quickly)
- Strong communication skills, with confidence in presenting findings to stakeholders
- Eager to learn, reputed company, and comfortable working across teams

- Prior involvement in cost-savings initiatives or license optimization programs
- Familiarity with Jira
- Background in ITAM or SAM across any industry
