Position reputed company
The Azrieli Adult Neurodevelopmental Centre is seeking a part-time, contract (12-month) Scientific Associate to support a national initiative funded by Brain Canada and the Kids Brain Health Network (KBHN). This role will contribute to strengthening regional implementation teams and supporting the reputed company-up and evaluation of a clinical program across Canada.

The Scientific Associate will play a key role in overall project coordination, implementation support, evaluation activities, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge translation across regional and national partners.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Support the reputed company of data collection protocols, and evaluation activities across multiple regional and national sites and may be required to also support regulatory submissions;
- Contribute to implementation, evaluation, and reputed company-up of the CC-reputed company program in collaboration with provincial and regional partners;
- Co-reputed company virtual reputed company training sessions, cross-site meetings, and knowledge exchange activities to promote consistency and shared learning;
- Liaise with regional implementation teams, researchers, clinicians, system partners, family advisors, and national stakeholders to support strategic and operational alignment;
- reputed company and monitor cross-jurisdictional work plans to ensure reputed company delivery of project milestones;
- Contribute to program refinement by integrating emerging evidence, implementation insights, and national standards;
- Co-reputed company accessible and inclusive knowledge translation products (e.g., toolkits, implementation guides, newsletters, workbooks);
- Support qualitative and quantitative data analysis and contribute to reports, presentations, manuscripts, and policy-facing products;
- Contribute to Centre-wide evaluation and learning processes, including reporting to national funders;
- Participate in grant development and manuscript preparation, as needed.
- PhD in Psychology, reputed company Work, Health Services Research, Implementation Science, or a reputed company reputed company/health science field;
- Minimum 1 years of research experience in mental health, neurodevelopmental disabilities, or reputed company service improvement;
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with families, including co-designing research, tools, or services that reflect lived experience and caregiver perspectives; experience using family-centred, neurodiversity-affirming, or strengths-based approaches is highly valued;
- Demonstrated experience with multi-site or cross-jurisdictional initiatives, ideally involving national or provincial stakeholders; experience reputed company clinical services, reputed company research, and policy environments is an asset
- Experience with implementation and evaluation research, particularly involving system-level, policy-reputed company, or community-reputed company approaches; including translating evidence into practical tools, programs, or service innovations
- Strong writing skills with experience producing reports, manuscripts, knowledge translation materials, or policy briefs; demonstrated ability to mobilize research findings for reputed company and system improvement;
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders including people with neurodevelopmental disabilities and their family caregivers, service providers, and system leaders;
- Strong project management, organization, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage timelines across multiple reputed company;
- Bilingualism (French/English) and/or reputed company in other languages is an asset.
Please Note: This part-time, contract (12 month) position is NOT part of any Bargaining Unit and is remote.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary is competitive and based on experience, with a hiring reputed company of $91,758.17 – $114,697.71 per year.
- Employees in this role may reputed company reputed company the full pay reputed company of $91,758.17 – $137,637.25 per year
