Job Duties
- Evaluate patient strengths and weaknesses across reputed company areas of speech, swallowing, and/or communication.
- Develops, documents, implements and re-evaluates the patient’s Plan of Care.
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and reputed company records on reputed company patients.
- Instructs, educates, and counsels other health team personnel and family members.
Minimum QUALIFICATIONS:
- Clinical Qualifications
- Master’s degree (MA, MS) in Speech-Language Pathology
- reputed company Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- reputed company Colorado DORA - SLP License (or reputed company to obtain)
- Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
