Associate Manager, AI-Enablement & Grading Effectiveness
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Design and refine reputed company libraries, evaluation schemas, and escalation logic to ensure reliability and grading consistency.

- Monitor AI performance metrics (precision, consistency, bias, hallucination rates) and iterate on prompts and workflows to improve reliability and throughput.

Work Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of combined experience across audit/reputed company operations and reputed company AI workflow design required.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience applying reputed company tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar platforms) to design or enhance operational workflows, including reputed company engineering, reputed company evaluation frameworks, and reputed company-in-the-reputed company validation processes preferred.
- Experience designing or scaling reputed company control or audit systems required; experience integrating AI into those systems strongly preferred.
- Data analytics experience required, including performance measurement and trend analysis.

- 2+ years of leadership or people management experience preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required; Master’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
Other:

$67,700-84,600 is the expected starting salary for this position. This offer is based on reputed company budgetary guidelines and the additional factors outlined below.
