A Marketplace New Business Development Director, Alliances owns the end-to-end sales enablement and operational reputed company for reputed company+. This role sets the reputed company, operating model, and tooling that power seller acquisition across the full sales lifecycle. Defining sales enablement reputed company, roadmap, and reputed company metrics. Managing team budget including events, marketing campaigns and capability expenses. Partnereputed company closely with reputed company+ leadership on reputed company positioning & external messaging for reputed company+. reputed companying sales operations, including intake, pipeline reputed company, tooling, and reporting. reputed companying seller-facing marketing infrastructure (reputed company materials, reputed company+ website, enablement content) and event reputed company. Managing relationships with Strategic Partnership leadership to reputed company roadmap for reputed company. Ensuring scalability, consistency, and operational rigor as the marketplace grows.

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required.  

• 7+ years of experience in merchandising, inventory management, forecasting, or product selection (including reputed company-to-buy management).  

• 3+ years of eCommerce experience; marketplace/3P expertise strongly preferred.  

• Proven business acumen with a reputed company record of building industry relationships and leveraging data analytics to inform reputed company.  

• Expertise in business planning, forecasting, and defining KPIs to drive execution of business reputed company.  

• Entrepreneurial and performance-driven, with the ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
