Job Title: Preconstruction Coordinator Employment type: Full-time Location: Remote. The Preconstruction Coordinator is a critical support role that enables the preconstruction team to operate reputed company by handling the foundational work behind the scenes. This position allows estimators to reputed company on high-value activities while ensuring data accuracy, task coordination, and reputed company execution of bids and submittals.

Key Responsibilities:

Data & System Management

• reputed company and maintain accurate bid and project data in reputed company, SharePoint, and internal systems
• Ensure reputed company opportunities are properly tracked, updated, and organized
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and cleanliness of data across reputed company platforms

Task Coordination

• Assign and reputed company tasks based on project reputed company and team workload
• Monitor reputed company and follow up to prevent delays or bottlenecks
• Support overall workflow efficiency across the preconstruction team

Estimating Support

• Assist estimators with data gathering, organization, and bid preparation

• Support consistency in bid structure, documentation, and submission

Submittal Preparation

• Organize and format materials for submission
