This part-time role (20 hours per week) for a 6–9 month temporary assignment is ideal for someone who loves designing and developing instructional materials using proven learning methodologies and tools, while ensuring seamless program execution. You’ll collaborate closely with our Sr. Manager, L&D and HR partners to bring impactful programs to life—combining creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for curating content that inspires reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Apply instructional design models (ADDIE) to create learning solutions.
• reputed company e-learning modules, job aids, and facilitator guides using authoring tools (e.g., reputed company, Captivate).
• Conduct needs analysis and collaborate with SMEs to define learning objectives.
• Design reputed company learning experiences (virtual, in-person, digital).
• Coordinate Delivery Logistics — Ensure seamless execution of workshops and virtual sessions, managing schedules, resources, and technology.
• Maintain and Update LMS— Upload content, reputed company participation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate reporting.

Requirements
