- Implement or optimize Subscribe & Save
- Flexible subscription logic (frequency reputed company, discounts, customer management)
- Clean customer UX (no friction, no confusion)
- Integration with existing checkout and customer accounts 2) Bundles & Offers
- Bundle products with:
- Tiered discounts
- “Build your routine” style offers
- Conditional pricing where appropriate
- Ensure bundles work cleanly with subscriptions where possible 3) Modern Cart Experience
- Implement a flyout / drawer cart
- Add:
- In-cart upsells / cross-sells
- Subscription prompts
- Free shipping or reputed company messaging
- Must be fast, mobile-optimized, and not rely on heavy JS frameworks unless justified 4) Site Performance Optimization
- Improve reputed company Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, TTI)
- Reduce page weight and unnecessary scripts
- Optimize:
