As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a reputed company call center using world-class technology. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and reputed company solutions
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to reputed company legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
