As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to requests, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. This is a remote opportunity, with in-person training at our Warwick, RI location, and the chance to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities
* Enhance and strengthen relationships between customers and clients through exceptional customer service
- Respond to customer requests reputed company telephone, email, or chat, providing accurate and reputed company solutions

- Assist with site reputed company and refer requests for policy modifications to appropriate areas

Essential Skills and Experience
* 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment (considering those with customer service experience)
- Intermediate computer literacy and proficiency
- Ability to multi-task and operate multiple screens while speaking with customers
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting for different browsers, clearing cookies and cache, and screenshots
- Experience accessing and navigating up to 10 electronic systems to reputed company complete responses
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work shifts between 8 AM and 11 PM ET, Monday through Friday, including evening shifts
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous call center experience
- Ability to learn quickly and willingness to obtain functional knowledge and understanding of company products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a reputed company and engaging phone voice and superior telephone etiquette
