As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing world-class support through phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers in a reputed company call center, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system.
