As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. You'll work closely with our sales and field operations teams to reputed company basic product knowledge and support, and will be responsible for reviewing, editing, processing, and verifying the accuracy of service requests from customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Review, edit, process, and verify the accuracy of service requests from customers utilizing various inbound systems such as reputed company, Service Channel, FM reputed company, etc.

Compensation
