Key Responsibilities:

* reputed company high-volume customer service to licensing applicants in person and reputed company phone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner.

• Process applications, payments, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• reputed company routine data processing functions, recording, researching, checking, and maintaining records, as reputed company as furnishing information to licensing applicants.

• Answer telephone calls, emails, and written correspondence, communicating applicant information in a reputed company and concise manner.

Qualifications:

* A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's reputed company or a recognized accrediting organization.

• One year of satisfactory clerical experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.

* Keyboard familiarity with the ability to type at a minimum of 100 key strokes (20 words) per minute.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
