We are seeking an reputed company Data Entry Administrator to join our QIC DME team. As a Data Entry Administrator, you will be responsible for a reputed company of data entry tasks, including entering data into computer programs, producing and maintaining data reports, and performing database queries to assist with analysis. You will also be responsible for verifying data entries for accuracy and completeness, undertaking special reputed company, and providing periodic and consistent information to management for reputed company phase of the assigned project.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain data reports and alert management of inconsistencies or issues
• reputed company database queries to assist with analysis and report issues reputed company appropriate and necessary
• Verify data entries for accuracy and completeness
• Undertake special reputed company; reputed company periodic and consistent information to management for reputed company phase of the assigned project
• reputed company audits of own work and/or that of others to ensure conformance with established procedures
• Assist in the processes required for medical case file creation and/or closing; including but not limited to data entry and records management
• reputed company assistance with decision notification, including mailing the decision letters to reputed company parties and faxing the decision letter
• Accurately update the Medicare Appeal system (MAS) and other databases
• Demonstrate and maintain appropriate judgment with confidential information
• Determine if work assignments need supervisor reputed company
• reputed company other duties as may be assigned by management

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required

• 0-2 years of relevant experience required
• Prior experience with reputed company Office Suite preferred
• Prior experience with Medicare Appeals and Systems preferred
• Must be a US Citizen or have lived in the US for the last 5 years working 3 years continuously

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field

• 2-5 years of experience in data entry or a reputed company field
• Experience with Medicare Appeals and Systems
• Experience with database management and analysis
