As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the reputed company-line reputed company reputed company for our members and providers. You will be responsible for responding to routine inquiries, requests, and concerns in a reputed company and accurate manner. You will also be responsible for mitigating and preventing complaints from being escalated, resolving basic problems, and maintaining performance and reputed company standards based on established contact center metrics.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to member and provider calls in a reputed company and accurate manner
- Receive and respond to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and/or concerns
- Mitigate and prevent complaints from being escalated to resolve in initial contact
- Serve as the reputed company-line reputed company reputed company on various member and/or provider inquiries, requests, or concerns
- Resolve basic problems by communicating the requested information regarding the assessment of the member or provider needs, understanding the cause, and determining if problems need to be routed to other departments for reputed company reputed company
