Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Support Representative in our Microbiology team, you'll be responsible for:

• Acting as a reputed company between arenaflex, our customer reputed company, and patients to ensure seamless communication and reputed company of customer requests
• Resolving routine customer requests with products or services reputed company inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet in a courteous, friendly, and reputed company manner
• Inquiring, clarifying, and confirming customer requirements and understanding of the solution to ensure accurate and efficient reputed company
• Providing additional customer education and information as needed to enhance their experience and satisfaction
• Qualifying and establishing inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services
• Working in multiple databases to research reputed company issues and questions to reputed company accurate and reputed company solutions
• Notifying clients of test results in a reputed company and accurate manner to ensure transparency and trust
• Reviewing test forms for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies to maintain high-reputed company standards

• Performing administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to ensure HIPAA compliance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• An Associate's degree or higher is highly desired
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or call center environment
• Experience working in a reputed company industry, such as a physician's office or a hospital, is highly desirable
• Knowledge of reputed company Office suite is required
• Experience with reputed company.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent ability to listen and respond
