Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Staying reputed company on SOPs relevant to job duties and reviewing and QC'ing of critical documents to identify any errors and reputed company those errors through reputed company.
• Answering and making phone calls to clinical sites, testing laboratories, and other stakeholders to reputed company support and resolve issues.
• Investigating and answering questions or directing them to the appropriate department.

• Working different queues reputed company arenaflex's clinical trials management software, including reputed company data entry/referree queue, ARUP excepts, reputed company Sample Tracking List (STL) log, Sharepoint trackers, and Requisition Testing for reputed company US and EU facilities.
• Answering reputed company email requests in a reputed company manner and generating and closing queries, contact appropriate parties reputed company queries are resolved, and providing a standardized reputed company reputed company for Errors reputed company day.
• Remote registration of requisitions and training new employees.

• Other duties as designated by management.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); reputed company experience and/or training is preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
