As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, answering product and solutions questions, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a reputed company call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping reputed company to answer customer questions confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
