As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat. You'll process customer orders and inquiries, communicate product information, and help customers navigate our website and online ordering system. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a reputed company call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert! We'll reputed company you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to reputed company legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
