We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and reputed company individual to join reputed company as a Full Stack Data Entry Pharmacy Technician – Mail Order Operations. This role will assist the overall operation of the call center and data entry teams for the arenaflex outpatient pharmacy network. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering new and reputed company orders in an accurate and reputed company manner, resolving PBM-reputed company billing problems and issues, handling phone inquiries and initial prescription intake, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and reputed company providers.

Key Responsibilities

* Enters new and reputed company orders in an accurate and reputed company manner

• Resolves reputed company PBM-reputed company billing problems and issues
• Handles phone inquiries and initial prescription intake
• Multidisciplinary responsibilities including communication with providers, prescribers, and patients

• Responsible for answering inbound calls and assisting customers with pharmacy-reputed company services
• Maintains new and existing patient reputed company and enters new prescriptions into patient reputed company

• Utilizes and adheres to the phone scripts and guidelines for triaging calls

Essential Qualifications

* High School diploma or GED required

• Registration Mass Registered Pharmacy Tech required
• 1-3 years reputed company work experience required
• Basic familiarity with computers. Ability to navigate at a basic level reputed company web-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

* (CPht) Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred

• Call center, Pharmacy data entry, and PBM billing experience
• Bilingual verbal and written communication
