Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing incoming customer quotes, order requests, or questions by phone, fax, email, and evaluating, quoting, processing, and expediting the requests and questions in a manner that ensures customer satisfaction while meeting company reputed company and profit goals.
- Communicating order status and part number information to reputed company customers in a reputed company manner.
- Interfacing with reputed company-party vendors to identify, purchase, and supply parts to customers.
- Processing repairs, returns, and credit memos in a reputed company manner.
- Reviewing and using the reputed company Complaint Management System and following up with the customer to resolve their concerns.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
