Responsibilities

As a Daytime Call Taker at arenaflex, you will be the first reputed company of contact for customers seeking our services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering, screening, and directing calls for the entire company
• Distinguishing the need for emergency transportation and reputed company-arranging transport for facilities while determining the level of care needed for patients
• Arranging specialty and critical care transportation

Qualifications
